We are committed to operating projects in a way to open up the potential of people with disabilities by bringing their perspectives into planning.

About
ePARA supports social participation of people with disabilities through esports, enabling them to engage meaningfully and authentically in society. As part of our initiatives, we curate and distribute news related to barrier-free esports and organize accessible esports tournaments and competitions.
Mission – Dig up personalities and build future.
We aim to create an environment where everyone can be proud of their individuality and shine regardless of disability. Seeing yet-hidden personality as “treasure” of our society, we bring out and polish it to create a sustainable future where diversity is respected.
Vision – Go beyond the commonplaces of welfare.。
While deeply respecting what welfare has achieved so far, we continue to take on new challenges that go beyond it. We pursue a world where people with disabilities shine as role models and their personalities provide the driving force to open up the future.
Value – Go beyond the commonplaces of welfare.
As we keep on smiling, take on challenges and value harmony, we strive to behave with “charm” that attract supports from people around.
